June 14-20, 2010 for weeklong programs
June 17-20 for Adult Retreat
14th Annual Season
The Dakota Chamber Music (DCM) Summer Institute will once again be hosted on the campus of Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota. Luminus, the resident piano trio, forms the core of a faculty that lives, works, and plays with up to 50 highly motivated high school and adult amateur chamber musicians during this weeklong workshop. Participants live on campus and engage in daily coachings, rehearsals, individual practice, and masterclasses (and even some free time!) in preparation for performance on the end-of-the-week concerts. Individuals and pre-formed ensembles are encouraged to apply.
